  3. A 3% SURCHARGE for credit cards will automatically be added

  2. There is NO FEE associated with this type of transaction

These are some of the important activities that our dues support:

• ​Treatment and control of invasive and nuisance aquatic weeds

• Road potholes and other repairs and maintenance of our private roads (we receive no road services from the township, county or state)

• Snow removal from our roads in the winter. Proper snow removal is necessary for emergency crews (fire, police, etc) to be able to reach and protect all of our properties, which is important for even those who head someplace warmer during these months.

• Association-related insurance premiums

• Bridge maintenance

• Safety-related expenses (e.g., signage)

Some of the benefits of being a dues-paid member include:

• Vote for new Board Members

• Attend ESLA activities with your neighbors; like the Corn Roast and 4th of July Festivities

• Vote on projects such as bridge repair, road repair, etc

• Running for the Board

• Have a say on how we protect our lakes and maintain our roads

• Attend annual membership meeting​
